I have folders for home projects, work projects, boy scouts, etc. Then within those folders, I use the tags to identify projects within a folder. For example, I am repainting my bathroom, so within my home folder I use a "bathroom" tag for any tasks related to repainting. I could use separate folders, but I tend to use the folders more for "environment" than for specific projects.
