Thank you for contacting Appigo.  We appreciate your patience as we work
with you to solve this issue.  It sounds like you are hitting a firewall
issue.  Try the following to properly set up your firewall for
synchronization.

Go into System Preferences on your Mac and select "Security". Select the
"Firewall" tab at the top. Select the option to "Set access for specific
services and applications". Under the list of services and applications,
select the "+" button and browse to add Appigo Sync. Set the value to "Allow
incoming connections". Close System Preferences.

Your iPhone or iPod touch should now show up in Appigo Sync under Devices
and you will be able to authorize the device and begin syncing. You may need
to restart Appigo Sync and back out of the screen showing passcode in Todo
and re-select your Mac.
