Thanks for contacting us. You may have already tried this, but just to double-check, please open Safari on your iPhone and access Rememberthemilk.com directly. Try logging in and making sure that you have your username and password correct. Once you've done this, go back into Todo's synchronization settings and enter your username and password again. You should not see any errors when you save them.
Another thing to make sure of is that you have a reliable network connection. Occasionally, if your network connection is interrupted during a synchronization process, it may fail and ask you to check your settings.
