Thanks for getting back with us. The process would act like this: 1.) Create a task in Todo on your iPhone. 2.) Sync that task to your local computer using Appigo Sync. 3.) That task appears in iCal. 4.) If you have MobileMe set to sync your iCal's Todo List, then that task in iCal is synced to MobileMe.
This process does not mean that you can directly sync to MobileMe. It only means that once a task is synced to iCal through Appigo Sync, you can set MobileMe to sync that task from iCal.
