Chuck,

Thanks for contacting Appigo. We apologize for any inconvenience that you
might have experienced while using our Apps. After configuring Todo with
Appigo Sync, the following behavior is what you can expect to have happen
between Todo and iCal:

- Your Todo tasks should now synchronize with your iCal To Do items.
Additionally your lists in Todo will be synchronized as calendars in iCal.
- Editable calendars are synchronized to Todo as Lists. Read-only and
subscribed calendars are not synchronized because they do not contain tasks
and cannot be edited.
- Items that are not synced to Todo from iCal include iCal Events and iCal
alarms.

However, it sounds like you are not seeing any items synchronized from iCal
to Todo. We have had a couple reports of this type of behavior. It stems
from the way iCal interacts with Sync Services. iCal doesn't always
immediately report changes or update changes it has in it's database to Sync
Services, which is the service Appigo Sync calls into looking for changes
and updates. Anyway, we have included a workaround in a newer version of
Appigo Sync that forces iCal to sync any changes it is aware of with Sync
Services. Below are the instructions on where to download the latest build
and instructions on how to force the sync.

You can download the build from here:

http://downloads.appigo.com/appigo-sync/Appigo-Sync-0.9.7.1-3168-Beta.dmg

We have added a "Sync Now" button on the Appigo Sync Preferences > Advanced
tab that will allow the user to initiate a full sync between Appigo Sync,
iCal, and any other registered Sync Service applications. Could you try
reproducing the task creation / modification issue you are seeing? Once you
have your system in a state where it appears like the tasks are not syncing
properly, could you press the "Sync Now" on the Appigo Sync Advanced tab and
then give your system a minute to sync? Sync progress can be monitored by
opening up the Console app (In Finder go to Applications > Utilities >
Console) and watching the output. Once the output has settled down, in Todo
press the sync button and check to see if your task modifications are
reflected in both Todo and iCal.

We hope this answers your question. If not, feel free to contact us and we
will be happy to assist you further.

Thanks,

The Appigo Team
