Thanks for contacting Appigo. We appreciate your interest in our Apps. We wanted to take a moment and explain to you why we have not included an alarm function in Todo. Apple doesn't currently allow their third party applications to access the notification system in the same way their built in Calendar, SMS, and Email applications do. It's something we very much want to provide in our application and plan on doing so as soon as Apple allows it.
We are looking at other ways to provide notification using our sync services. Both Toodledo and RTM have ways to notify users using SMS or email when tasks are due. If you are using Toodledo.com, you can follow these steps below to set-up email or SMS reminders: 1.) Login to Toodledo.com. 2.) In the left hand navigation bar, click the "Connections" link. 3.) Scroll to the box titled "SMS/Email Reminders". Fill in the appropriate information. With the new iPhone OS 3.0 release, their might be new ways of notifying customers of upcoming tasks that we are looking into. We hope this answers your question.
