Thanks for contacting Appigo. Let see if we can address the issue you are seeing with multiple calendars showing up in iCal and causing problems when synced with MobileMe. First off, could you download and install the latest build of Appigo Sync. The build can be download from here:
http://downloads.appigo.com/appigo-sync/Appigo-Sync-0.9.8-3530-Beta.dmg We have made several improvements in this version of Appigo Sync that when you Sync from Todo to iCal, especially when syncing for the first time, if a calendar exists in iCal with the same name as a list in Todo, instead of creating a new Calendar, Appigo Sync will map the existing calendar and list together and sync them properly. However, if you have already sync'ed with an older version of Appigo Sync and multiple calendars with the same name are created in iCal, the easiest way to resolve this scenario is to move all of the To do items in iCal to the calendars you are interested in keeping. Then from iCal remove the empty duplicate calendars. Afterwards, if you open the Appigo Sync Preferences > Advanced Tab and press the "Sync Now" button, all of the changes in Sync Services will be updated in Appigo Sync. While this last step isn't always needed, we recommend it for operations like this. Plus it is a good way to verify that Appigo Sync and iCal are all synced up before pushing the changes to Todo. Finally, once Appigo Sync and iCal are updated, go ahead and sync from Todo. At this point you should only have one copy of each of the calendars in Todo, iCal and MobileMe. We hope this answers your question. If not, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you further.
