Though I don't believe Appigo has addressed the issue yet, it appears that RTM is now clearly the second-rate sync option for Todo. After some testing, it seems that the data is only partially syncing, RTM ignores project subtask data and checklist items. Because of this, I've decided to sign up for Toodledo.
If Appigo has written anything clarifying how project subtask and checklist data is being handled, please link it here. I do wish there were options for syncing to multiple targets. I'd really like to be able to sync locally through the Appigo Sync conduit while still having the ability to sync online with RTM or Toodledo.
