By the way, it is a great product, fast, good interface, and has a responsive developer. I've been using it for a while now and the upgrade is quite spiffy. So, while I'm sure you're disappointed, hang in there while they work this out. Still, I am now hesitant to sync and that's a concern as I have no easy backup! As I found out from another thread around here, Toodledo doesn't handle sub-tasks/projects, only T Pro does... which I don't use. I wonder if that's the reason my project and tasks got trashed (you'd think it would just have flattened them out or not touched them at all). More surprising is that synching hosed a bunch of other tasks, and resurrect old, deleted, completed tasks.
