I'm on 10.5.6, and didn't realize 10.5.7 was out (will probably get it the next time software update runs).
Are you using Appigo Sync or synching to one of the online services? Was your network working? What happens if you do Settings, Synchronization, Advance, and perform Full Synchronization? Backup everything first if you can--e.g., export Toodledo's todos or backup the iCal backup (User name, library, calendars). Or, even better, wait for an Appigo support person to chime in!
