I use v2.0.1 but had the problem with 2.0 as well. I have my sorting options set to "Due Date, Priority". Sporadically, the sorting seems messed up with some high priority items appearing after medium priority items. At other times, every thing is fine. I have tried resetting but that has not solved the problem.
