Thanks for contacting Appigo. This is a very odd error. We are going to recommend that you reset your sync data. To preform the reset, follow these instructions:
1.) Open Todo. 2.) Tap the "Settings" button (a picture of gears in the bottom right corner). 3.) Tap "Synchronization" 4.) Under "Advanced", tap "Reset Synchronization Data". 5.) At this point, Todo will remind you that resetting your synchronization data will delete all Todo items off your device and replace them with the data on your sync service. If you agree, tap "Reset". Todo will then preform the reset and download all of your information. Let us know if this solves the issue. We look forward to your response.
