I gather this is because RTM doesn't support projects in any form so ToDo simply doesn't sync tasks within projects to RTM, which is rather disappointing. This is explained rather briefly in the FAQ's and guides on the Appigo website but it's not made particularly clear and I wasn't aware of this incompatibility until I'd paid for RTM Pro to use with ToDo. Really annoying considering the only reason I chose RTM over Toodledo (which can sync projects) was aesthetic preference.
At the very least I think there should be a toggle option to flatten projects and sync the full task list to RTM rather than the current crude truncation that occurs.. If it were possible to sync all tasks to RTM like this then we'd be able to use the RTM Projects Greasemonkey script to recreate project functionality within RTM. Throw us a bone on this one please, Appigo. Great app but I'm not impressed at being out of pocket for features promised when the only hint of possible incompatibility was buried in the FAQs.
