Thank you for your comments. We have been able to reproduce this issue with the steps that you have provided and we are seeing that while using OS 3.0, the due dates from Remember the Milk are not transferring down to Todo. The only known workaround at this point in time is to set the due date in Todo and sync it up to RTM. Our development team is working on a solution.
