Currently, Todo does not support a built-in way to move your tasks from Todo Lite. The option you have is to connect Todo Lite to a sync service (Toodledo.com, Rememberthemilk.com, Appigo Sync) and sync your data. You then need to uninstall Todo lite. After uninstalling Todo lite, install Todo and connect Todo to that service and download the information.
