>From what I have read before on the group it syncs from iCal to the phone first hence wiping out any changes made on the phone. Mine also wipes out contexts and tags on some tasks. As the phone app is far more useful to me than iCal the sync is of no use really.
I just gave up syncing and work from the phone but it's inconvenient if you want to add an item whilst working on your Mac or make a mail item a todo.
