All, Thanks for letting us know that you guys are seeing some syncing issues where your subtasks are getting converted to normal tasks. We have tested our Todo 3.0 update, which by the way we've submitted to Apple, and have not been able to reproduce the behavior you guys are describing using iCal and Appigo Sync. Once Apple approves the update, could you let us know if you continue to see the behavior? In the mean time could you guys also let us know of any additional steps you take to reproduce the behavior? Can you guys provide us with any of the following information:
- Creating the projects and subtasks in Todo and making modifications to the subtasks in iCal (Changing lists / calendars, due dates, due times, marking as completed, etc)? - Using the repeat option on the projects or checklists? - How often do you sync Todo and iCal? - Is your Mac also configured with MobileMe?
