All, Thanks for posting this information. There is a known issue where syncing Todo 2.0.1 or Todo 3.0 (Todo update submitted to Apple) with Appigo Sync 1.0 and iCal does cause context associations to be stripped from tasks. This issue is in our bug database and is slated to be fixed by our developers in the next release of Appigo Sync.
