Yes there should be but as far as I can tell, there isn't. Todo has
quite a variety of repeat options, but is still missing a few ,
specific combinations of dates or days of a month among them. There's
also multiple months, such as the 5th (or 2nd Tuesday) of every 3rd
month. I just checked Toodledo and it doesn't support these either.

For now, at least there's copy and paste so that you don't need to re-
type your text.

Maybe someone else has found a way.
