This issue should be resolved in the latest update of Todo (Todo 3.0). Please let us know if you continue to see this issue once you have upgraded to the latest version. Todo 3.0 is a free update. Please see the following FAQ if you have any questions on how to upgrade Todo if the update doesn't show up automatically in iTunes:
