I have been syncing with toodledo pro for a while now, and I haven't had any issue with dates so far (nor with anything else really). I don't know if I can be of any help with anyone over here.... Just one thing that comes to mind: Did you guys check the time and timezone of your iPhone? A badly set time on an iphone could be very disruptive of any synchronization if they are based on dates and not on version number.
