mayonline2008,

Thanks for contacting the group. We have had customers report similar
behavior like this in the past and are investigating solutions to
improve this process. One such enhancement in our database is to allow
the user to configure a one way sync where the user specifies which
repository (Todo or the backend service) should be treated as the
master and allow a one way type of sync. For example:

Todo -> Toodledo
Toodledo -> Todo

Anyway, are you continuing to see this type of Toodledo overwriting
Todo tasks behavior after trying this troubleshooting step?

- Todo | Settings | Synchronization | Advanced | Reset Synchronization
Data. This operation should clear out all of the tasks in Todo and
reset Todo's database so that it grabs all of the tasks from the back
end and gets synchronization into a state where modifications in Todo
should then be successfully synced to Toodledo.

NOTE: Please make sure that all of your tasks that you care about are
sync'ed with the backend service before attempting the Reset
Synchronzation Data, since all tasks in Todo will be wiped clean
during this operation.

Keep us posted,

The Appigo Team
