As said the contexts are where you are. I use tags as a further flag, for example; using a context errands. If I need to buy something I will have a number of tags associated with the task like DIY store, supermarket etc. So if I am in the DIY store I can filter the ist of things needed there. Some of the items might also be available in the supermarket so they will show up when I am there too.
