Please try this reboot option first: http://appigo.com/todo/faqs/install/reboot-device-after-update If rebooting does not solve the issue could you try this FAQ: http://www.appigo.com/todo/faqs/misbehaving-application As for subtasks support, RTM is not one of the sync services that supports projects or checklists as documented here: http://www.appigo.com/todo/features/projects While syncing projects or checklists to RTM shouldn't crash Todo, you will probably find that any subtasks will be converted to normal tasks when syncing to a sync service that does not fully support projects or checklists.
