In all likelihood, no, unless you have both apps installed. Push notifications are specialized by application. So notifications for Todo and notifications for Toodledo are two different beasts. However, it means that if you have both applications installed, you will receive one notification per application.
Moreover, the notifications in Todo don't go through Toodledo. They go through another server which I suspect is an Appigo server. You can see that whenever you create a new item with a date, Todo connects briefly to the internet, supposedly to send the notification date to Appigo's server.
