Fathi, Looking at the diagnostic logs you also sent into Appigo's support shows that you were receiving an error 51 and error 1. However, we have queried our PN database and can see that you have successfully registered and have tasks that have alerts configured. At this point are the alerts working for your Todo tasks? If so, can you let this group know what steps you took to resolve your issue? We thought it might be the combination of the spaces and apostrophe in your full name, but in our testing we were unable to duplicate the issue you were seeing.
