We have had a couple customers report that they are seeing this type of
behavior. Could you please send in a diagnostic report so we can investigate
the issue further? The following link will walk you through the steps of
sending in a diagnostic report:

If you could make a note in the email body that the diagnostic report is to
help troubleshoot the UK one hour alert time issue, we would greatly
appreciate it.
