Chris, Are you still seeing this issue. We were aware that the Toodledo website went down during this time frame for some maintenance work. If you are still having issues connecting Todo with Toodledo, could you try the following?
You may have already tried this, but just to double-check, please open Safari on your iPhone and access Toodledo.com directly. Try logging in and making sure that you have your username and password correct. Once you've done this, go back into Todo's synchronization settings and enter your username and password again. Another thing to make sure of is that you have a reliable network connection. Occasionally, if your network connection is interrupted during a synchronization process, it may fail and ask you to check your settings. If you've tried both of these steps again and still are hitting problems please feel free to contact us again.
