This has been the biggest screwed up mess I have ever seen! I have
followed your instructions precisely for reinstalling Appigo-Sync.
After doing a sync, all my iCal ToDos "sync" to my iPhone ToDo, but
every ToDo goes into the "Inbox", and all my other ToDos are retained
on the iPhone. Therefore, I have massive duplicates! After spending
an hour or so reorganizing everything - putting ToDos in the correct
folder, resetting due dates, resetting repeats, removing unwanted
folders, etc. - I do another sync. Again, absolutely nothing syncs to
iCal in either direction.

I have tried to send you the requested logs, but your instructions on
the web site for Snow Leopard make no sense. One of the lines of
instruction is:

Use the File | Save a Copy as... for both the All Messages and the
Console Messages under the DATABASE SEARCHES section and thesystem.log
under the FILES section.

There is no such option. After going to "Save a Copy as...", it
simply wants to save the file. I haven't any idea what "for both the
All Messages and the Console Messages under the DATABASE SEARCHES
section and thesystem.log under the FILES section" means.

I am very disappointed in this and the recent lack of quick, personal
response I used to get from Appigo. You seem to have lost the
personal touch with your growth. Too bad. I'm about ready to move to
"Things".

We have had a couple reports that users are seeing some
synchronization issues with Snow Leopard. In a majority of the cases
the synchronization problems have been resolved by reinstallling
Appigo Sync. Here are the steps that you can take to do this:

http://appigo.com/appigo-sync/faqs/install/how-to-uninstall
http://appigo.com/appigo-sync/download
http://appigo.com/appigo-sync/faqs/connecting-todo

If after a reinstall of Appigo Sync you continue to still see
synchronization issues, please send us in the following logs as
described in this FAQ:

Thanks,

The Appigo Team
