jsodiver345 , We have recently become aware of this issue were if you change your email address in Todo, the UI will revert back to the original email address even though our notification / registration server has been updated with your new email address. Our development team is aware of this issue and will be working on getting it resolved in an upcoming update. In the mean time, If you would really want to change the email address to a different one and have the Todo UI show the correct email address, you can delete Todo and reinstall it.
