Hi, I had a similar problem and managed to fix it. if you are stil
having trouble, this might be worth a try.

I had a defective iPhone and had to replace both the phone and the sim
card, after which none of my push notifications were working. Like
you, I thought it had to do with Todo not registering that i had
switched devices and Todo never asked for permission to use push on my
new device (although I'm not sure now if this was the issue, because i
checked the UDID in the Todo Settings->Information->Diagnostics screen
and it matched my new phone's UDID. Perhaps you should see if yours
matches).

Nevertheless, I went to Settings->Alerts and under User Information I
tapped on "Email." A warning appeared telling me that I would have to
re-verify the email if i continued and I accepted. I was then taken to
the change email screen but didnt actually change anything there (I
had already set up the email address that I wanted, and received the
verification email). I was sent a new email verification and after I
verified the email I immediately started receiving push notifications
again! I tested out both new and existing events and they are all
working perfectly! I don't know what the issue was, but it seems to
have resolved itself after I set a new (same) email address on my new
phone....

Hope it works for you!
