Can you tell us more? Which iPhone, which OS version, Jailbroken or not, which ToDo version, what did you try, etc... Imagine going to your mechanic and telling him: Something's wrong with my car. Then you leave with the car and come back later to ask him if he figured it out with a "Um hello? I assume some of the money spent went to support.". What would be his reaction?
