Todo is undoubtedly the best app for PC users, but much of the functionality is lost when syncing to Outlook via Toodledoo. For example, the priorities, ordering, contexts, subtasks, and coloring... all get lost.
Also, to get the most out of to-do lists... folks need to add tasks and reprioritize them at their desk... with a computer... the iphone is great for referring to tasks or maybe reprioritizing them on the go... but not for inputting. For inputting, it's much more convenient to use a traditional keyboard. Outlook requires a ton of customization just to sync (and for that matter… to create) tasks in any kind of meaningful way... so the best solution would be to offer a desktop version of Todo itself. This could be another profit center for Appigo… I know I would pay for it. OmniFocus has one for the Mac, but frankly I wonder why any Mac user would even be interested in prioritizing their life anyway since every last one of them seem to use only the right-side of their brains. Lastly, the idea of a web-based solution like Toodledoo makes no sense to me. I get why people need to access their info on the road... but that's what the iphone is for. A desktop solution is real-time, more convenient, and not subject to internet connectivity issues. Thanks for your consideration. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Learn more about Todo (task management made simple), Notebook (notes available everywhere), and AccuFuel (fuel efficiency tracker) on Appigo's website: http://www.appigo.com/ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Appigo Todo" group.
