Hello Appigo Support,

I did everything you advised me to do. But the issue remains.
I did the following things:
logged in as administrator on my laptop (you never know if this
could be the reason)
   quitted Appigo Sync and re-launched
went to the 3 screens of Appigo Sync Preferences
last update of the software Oct 21 at 14:12 CEST
iPhone authorized on Oct 21 at 14:14 CEST
even after clicking the "Sync now" button the last sync was on
Oct 14 at 17:44 CEST!!!!!! (broadcast is on Dynamic Port)
performed a "Full Synchronisation" and did a "Reset
Synchronization Data" on the iPhone

What else is there to do to resolve the issue?

Kind regards and many thanks for your time,
Peter
