Hi, I need to be able to set up one task - Drop off the widgets - for multiple locations.
So I can enter "Drop off widgets" then select a group from my address book "All restaurants" or select the locations individually. As I visit each particular location, I open up the tasks that apply to that location and mark them as completed. This would also be permanently recorded as being done capturing the date and time. I also need to be able to open a location and make notes of items observed with these observations search able under various assigned categories for future follolw up. I am an operations manager for a franchise group and need to capture notes on items obsserved. Is there a feature available in appitogo?
