I would second the call for strong Exchange integration. Unfortunately, I can't think of any easy way to do this without some extra software. My testing shows that OMA only exposes Due tasks rather than the entire list, at least on my 2003 server. If you can't access the data directly you're going to need another layer in between. Probably SyncML support would make the most sense. It's an open standard and it would allow Todo to access any SyncML server, not just Exchange. Then of course you have to somehow make the sync work bidirectionally without losing any of the great features of Todo. I'd hate to sync my Projects to Exchange and then have them sync back as a giant list of single items (which is currently what happens with Sync and Outlook for me.)
Nexthuas (http://nexthaus.com/products_b_iphone.html) has an iPhone SyncML client that will do the contacts already, it seems pretty obvious to me that it could be expanded to tasks and integrate with any todo program on the phone. Then there's Funambol, but I doubt that will ever make it to the iPhone given Apple's ban on Java (more- or-less.) I don't envy the guys at Appigo, but I hope they're smarter than me and find a way to make it work, because maintaining two lists is becoming more trouble that it's worth. - Jon On Nov 12, 5:06 pm, holsen <[email protected]> wrote: > I see threads that date back about a year with requests for Exchange > Support.
