I use sub-tasks in Toodledo = Projects in Appigo Todo to keep my tasks
manageble and I very carefully assign status. Only the really
important tasks get Top or High priority. Most items get Medium or Low
priority. That helps me focus on a small list of really important
tasks. Then as I get through them, I revise the Medium and Low
priority tasks and promote the ones that need to move into the focus
list.

And I have aligned Todo's status indicators with Toodledos which makes
life a bit easier too.
