I like almost everything about version 3.2. The date wheel is nicely done. Being able to switch back and forth should satisfy everyone.
Landscape is a nice bonus. Clickable phone numbers and URLs is good, even if we now need to touch the arrow to edit instead of touching anywhere. Don't know that I'll use the other features but they are nice additions. One thing I did not like was the change in adding a new task. Touching the Plus used to bring you to a screen where you could start entering the task description as well as choose the task type. Now you have to choose the task type first, even though most (95% for me) of the tasks are Normal. It's an extra touch before I can get on with what I want. I find that I'm using the fast add but instead of touching Done, I touch the arrow to change the due date, priority etc. I rarely have a task that uses all of the defaults. I'm curious as to why the standard task entry was changed. I realize that the task type screen is full, but maybe a selection wheel under the task description would have been better. Now, even when I do need a non-Normal task, such as call a contact, it's less efficient at least some of the time. For example, if I wanted to call a contact but wanted my own description, prior to 3.2 I would enter the description and then select Call a Contact and select the contact. Now I select Call a Contact, I immediately have to select the contact and then delete the description before entering my own. So in summary, some great new features, but one step backwards in efficiency. Of course, this is just my opinion. But I'd love to hear what others think.
