I've been searching for an app that allows me to manage both tasks and calendar events. I tried Pocket Informant, but it overwhelms the user with options resulting in a very clutterd look and feel. I really like the simple, clean look of Appigo ToDo. As a workaround in Appigo Todo, I assign to-do's I want to view as events a high priority along with a due date and due time. As a result, they pop to the top of my Today list nicely flagged with a red priority icon, making them easily recognizable as events. The Today view also sorts them by due time, putting them in the order in which they occur throughout the day. I can rearrange the tasks that appear below them manually by clicking the organize icon and moving them at will. This approach works for me because I don't assign priorities to my other tasks, preferring to rearrange them manually throughout the day.
I'd be interested in workarounds others may have come up with as well. -- Learn more about Todo (task management made simple), Notebook (notes available everywhere), and AccuFuel (fuel efficiency tracker) on Appigo's website: http://www.appigo.com/ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Appigo Todo" group.
