I just discovered TextExpander for the iphone. It allows you to
create shortcuts that replace the short text with some other (longer)
string. They seem to have a nice SDK that allows other programs on
the iPhone to interface with them. Support exists in PocketInformant,
and it is fantastic.

Is there any chance that we could get it implemented in Todo?

That would allow for so many things to be offloaded - repetitious task
text could be stored in a shortcut, messages can be logged (I already
set up a "Message left: M/D/Y - HH:MM" shortcut, but cannot use it in
ToDo).

It would also free Appigo from supporting nearly so many "one click"
requests, as these could be programmed ad hoc by each individual to
his or her own preferences.

Warmly,
Eric
