I'm a long time user of Todo and it remains my go-to app on my iPhone. I have most of the others as well, but the interface in Todo is just so nicely thought out...
Anyway, the more I try to implement a good GTD workflow (using Toodledo as the platform), the more I'm starting to get frustrated. Toodledo offers me two ways to mark a task as a "Next Action" - the status field or the star field. Neither of these are supported in Todo so I'm struggling trying to get something I mark as a Next Action in Toodledo to be identified as such when synced to Todo. My current workaround is to use the Priority field and mark the Next Action tasks as high priority. I can then use the Focus list in Todo to see those tasks - or at least the projects containing them. The big downside of this is that most of my projects include a Next Action so what I tend to see in Focus is a list of projects. Am I being really dumb and missing something here that is obvious? I'm sure a lot of Todo users are using it as part of their GTD workflow (Todo is marketed as being a GTD app) - how are you making this work for you? Thanks David
