troubleshoot this issue could you please provide us with the following
information:

* What version of Windows (including service pack level) are you using
* What version of Outlook (including service pack level) are you using
* If you are connecting to an Exchange server, what version it is
* Send in your pertinent sync log file(s). Below is a link to the steps you
can take to collect the sync log file(s):
