I have recently sent a help query to the Todo help team but have managed to solve the problem myself and thought you might like to know.
I use Todo to feed the plugin for Lockinfo on my iPhone by syncing to Toodledo. However, Todo does not bring down any activities with a negative priority so nothing was appearing in the Todo program on my iPhone. Reallocating priorities to Low in Toodledo meant that everything came down.
