Unfortunately that didn't work. So that verified that something is blocking it. It could possibly be the Cisco Clean Access (CCA) at the university I am attending. (did you mean a colon or semi-colon in the previous email because entering the semi-colon didn't work & I wasn't sure if I was supposed to enter the last period of the IP address.
