I pretty much the same issue after the upgrade to 3.4. I have rebooted my iPod Touch. I re-authorized the iPod as well. When I try to sync it hangs on the "Getting Tasks" state with the spinning wheel next to it. I've given it lots of time (15 minutes) to complete, but eventually I have to just quit the program. I've then ended up with duplicate tasks in the iPod but not in iCal fortunately. Not a good way to spend time with a productivity tool. Thanks for any assistance!
