I have the same problem. After upgrading to the new version, the sync took a while, and completion dates on many completed tasks were changed to the current date. It's unpleasant but, I could live with that (after all these are completed tasks). What's much worse is that this undermines my confidence in Todo's general quality. If your testers missed this bug, what else did they miss? Could tasks simply disappear, or not be synced correctly? _That_ is the big problem.
