Please make sure the following criteria is met before you sync every time: 1. Your iPhone/iTouch has a valid IP address 2. Your iPhone/iTouch and your computer are connected to the same router and have the same subnet mask 3. Your firewall, antivirus, router, and computer accept communication from Appigo Sync and Bonjour. 4. Appigo Sync is running in your computer If the above criteria is met, then you should not have any problems syncing.
