The best thing to do would be to create an iTunes backup of your iPhone (just in case you need to restore your date if the sync fails), uninstall Appigo Sync (Uninstalling section here: http://appigo.com/appigo-sync/faqs), clearing all your iCal tasks, installing Appigo Sync, setting up sync with Todo, and choosing to "Keep" your tasks when you sync for the first time.
