Mike, We have been unable to duplicate the results you described.
These are the steps we took: 1. Setup sync between Todo (iPhone) and Outlook and sync 2. Setup sync between Todo (iPad) and Outlook and sync 3. Create a new list on the iPhone 4. Create a new task inside the list created in step 3 5. Sync Todo (iPhone) with Outlook 6. Sync Todo (iPad) with Outlook 7. The new list and the new task were synced to the iPad successfully.
