Short answer is simple...No cloud sync. You have to be very careful what device 
you are going to use away from your Mac. 

Longer answer is I like how Appigo organizes projects more than I do how Things 
does. Things Tags are good but you need to be able to classify against more 
than Tag's. I often use a combination of lists, tags and context to put myself 
in just the right mode. Finally ToDo has the ability to jump to a project from 
a sub task which neither Things nor Omnifocus can do. Also there is some 
comfort in having the Web app as a backup.
